Goal setting, accountability calls/texts, and check in’s will be included during the week
Equipment will be included for in-person training options; equipment not necessary for virtual training
Pre-Program Requirements
*Goals, expectations and pricing will be outlined before starting any Body By Jules program.
*A PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will be filled out prior to beginning exercise. Health history and vitals will be noted. Those who are not able to begin exercise right away will need to consult their doctor first.
*When committing to a program for Body By Jules, a contract will be signed for the duration of the program the client is agreeing to.
